CELEBRATION PACKAGE

This is perfectly suited for the client who prefers an intimate gathering up to 25 people, and would like to enjoy the event stress free. Sweet Confections will do all the planning for you, consulting with the client about their goals and objectives for the event ideally 3-6 months prior to the date of event.

INCLUDES:

◦2 hours of consultation time

◦25 hours of prep time (create a professional production schedule for day of event or wedding, working as a liaison with all personnel/vendors hired by client to ensure proper order of duties on the day of event; unlimited emails/phone calls/text messages; may also include assistance in selection/preparation/delivery of invitations, purchase/assembly of swag bag contents, status updates with client; client will be notified in a timely manner as to the number of hours spent on the project)

◦Acts as professional event hostess to make certain the client’s event is executed perfectly

◦Follow-up with client post event

 

SOIREE PACKAGE

This is perfectly suited for the client who prefers an intimate gathering, up to 50 people, and would like to enjoy the event stress free. Sweet Confections will do all the planning for you, consulting with the client or couple about their goals and objectives for the event, 6-9 months prior to the date of event.

INCLUDES:

◦2 hours of consultation time

◦35 hours of prep time (create a professional production schedule for day of event, working as a liaison with all personnel/vendors hired by client to ensure proper order of duties on the day of event; unlimited emails/phone calls/text messages; may also include assistance in selection/preparation/delivery of invitations, purchase/assembly of swag bag contents, liaison with all personnel/vendors hired by client, status updates with client; client will be notified in a timely manner as to the number of hours spent on the project)

Up to 6 hours of event time on the day of the event
